Installing Intense 3D 100 BIOS 103A
---------------------------------
- Shut down windows and restart the computer in DOS mode.
- Change the current directory to the drive and directory
containing the program RFLASH4.EXE and your new BIOS file.
The BIOS file is named INGR103A.ROM
- Type "RFLASH4 INGR103A.ROM"
After the command executes, you will see the prompt return. Do not be
concerned if at this point you see some garbled characters. You must
reboot the system. As the system reboots, you will see a message
that displays the version number of the BIOS just installed. This number will
be shown as "1.02.103".

Finding Intergraph on the Internet

If you have a World Wide Web browser, use it to visit http://www.intergraph.com.

If you have a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) program, connect to Intergraph at
ftp.intergraph.com. For Intense 3D 100 information and software, go
to bbs/consumer/reactor.
If you have a Gopher program, connect to Intergraph at gopher.intergraph.com.
For Intense 3D 100 information and software, go to bbs/consumer/reactor.
You can get information from IntergraphÆs email server at info@intergraph.com.

Using the Intergraph Bulletin Board Service
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Intergraph Bulletin Board
Service (IBBS) is an electronic forum for Intergraph customers to
exchange information with Intergraph's technical and marketing staff,
and with other Intergraph customers. You can use the IBBS to get
technical support information, documentation and training
information, programs, and software updates and fixes. The IBBS is
also available for you to give suggestions, make inquiries, and report
problems.
To connect to the IBBS:
1. Set your systemÆs communications protocol for eight (8) data bits,
no parity, one (1) stop bit, and any baud rate up to 14,400.
2. Using a modem, dial the IBBS number, 1-205-730-8786. You
can dial 1-205-730-6504 if you are using a 2,400 baud connection.
3. When connected, respond to the login request by keying in your
user ID. If you have not connected before, key in new to create a
user ID.
4. Follow the menus to find what you need. If you are new to
computer bulletin boards, the IBBS provides clear choices and
plenty of online help. A text file that explains IBBS commands
and organization is available for you to download.

Getting Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, contact the original place of purchase to
determine if your Intense 3D 100 board is covered within their
warranty period. If the place of purchase warranty period has expired,
your extended warranty period is covered by Intergraph. Refer to the
warranty statement at the beginning of this document for details.
To obtain warranty service from Intergraph, you must return the
Intense 3D 100 board in its original packaging, along with proof of
purchase showing the purchase date, and the warranty card (found at
the beginning of Installation Guide). You must bear shipping, packaging,
and insurance costs for delivering the Intense 3D 100 board to
Intergraph. Intergraph will provide return shipment to you.
